Tinkler Beck Farm is one of two adjoining holiday cottages located on the North East tip of Coniston Water, about 1.5 miles walk to village. Along with 3 other adjacent holiday properties and a row of traditional stone outbuildings, the cottages are set around a triangular courtyard on a small country estate and enjoy access to the estates private lake shore and jetties.
2 well behaved dogs allowed during non school holiday weeks for a small charge (see website). Please note guests are to be fully responsible for their pets where they must respect the property and grounds, follow specific instructions left at the property, also be aware of any farm stock nearby - see terms and conditions. Dogs may not be left unattended in the property. On departure and to avoid a GHD charge, guests must clean up after their pet both inside the property and the grounds.
