Rover Recommended takes no responsibility for incorrect data or for any consequences to any user or establishment due to incorrect data. All establishments listed on Rover Recommended are done so in good faith and on the understanding that they are dog friendly. If an establishment ceases to be dog friendly then it should notify Rover Recommended as soon as possible so that its listing can be removed. Users are strongly advised to check with an establishment in order to ensure it is dog friendly before booking or visiting. Users should also note that some establishment may have certain conditions or additional costs that apply when catering for dogs. These conditions and costs may not be indicated on Rover Recommended.

Review Guidelines

All reviews posted on this website are the opinions of individual users and not those of Rover Recommended. We do not endorse any of the opinions expressed by our users and reserve the right to refuse publication of a review for any reason. All reviews are screened by Rover Recommended before publication to ensure they comply with our submission guidelines. We reserve the right to make omissions or alterations to reviews when necessary, and to forwarded reviews to the reviewed establishment in order to confirm authenticity and to allow the establishment to respond. All reviews must comply with the guidelines below before they may be published.

Genuine
Reviews may only be submitted by individuals who have actually visited an establishment listed on this web site. Owners and their employees must not submit reviews for their own establishments. Rover Recommended reserves the right to refuse publication of any review not deemed to be genuine. Establishments submitting false reviews will be removed from Rover Recommended. Only one review per establishment per user may be submitted. If you wish to update your review you may  contact us  and we will either remove your original review so that you may add a new one, or make the alterations to the original if they are considered minor.

Owners response
Owners of establishments may respond to reviews submitted by our users. Contact details for emailing responses can be found on the  contact us  page. Owner responses will be published beneath the original review where appropriate. Rover Recommended reserves the right to refuse publication of owner responses for any reason.

Language
Please remember that Rover Recommended may be visited by people of all ages. Do not use any non-family friendly language such as profanity, threats, prejudiced comments or hate. Rover Recommended reserves the right to remove any review content considered offensive.

Do not submit material that has been copied from other sources. Please ensure that all review information is original and has been created by yourself.

Reviews may only be added by users over the age of 13.

Please ensure that the contact details provided with your review are correct, especially your email address. We may need to contact you regarding your review. Note that we will not pass you personal details onto any 3rd party.

Recommendation Guidelines

All details in the recommendation will be verified with the owner of the establishment before publication. Rover Recommended reserves the right to alter the contents of a recommendation or refuse to publish a recommendation for any reason.
