The Culbone features a well thought out contemporary designed restaurant in contrast to the history and tradition that is Exmoor. We provide simple but high quality food based on modern English cuisine. Of particular importance to us is that all the produce is sourced locally and we’re particularly proud of our beef derived from the exceptional Red Devon breed. You’ll also find an exceptional selection of wines and some great local ales.
Dogs welcome in the bar and dining area. Dogs are also welcome to stay in some of the guest bedrooms.
The Royal Oak Inn has been the centre and focal point of Withypool for over 300 years. Located in possibly the most beautiful part of Exmoor, just four miles from the ancient and wonderful Tarr Steps, its no wonder The Royal Oak has customers who regularly visit us from all over the world.
Dogs welcome in all areas of the pub except the dining room. Dogs are allowed in the guest bedrooms.
