Over 70 acres of paddocks that is home to rescued horses, ponies, donkeys and mules. The site also has a charity shop, gift shop, information centre and café. There are tractor rides in fine weather, walking tours, horse care demonstrations and a children's play area.

Charming model village set in acre of floral landscaped gardens on the sea front. There is a tea room, picnic area and gift shop. Single pushchairs and wheelchairs can access the paths but the path is too narrow for double pushchairs. Disabled toilet.

130 acres of ancient woodland and water garden with primulas, bog plants, bluebells, azaleas and rhododendrons. You and your dog can enjoy one of the regular boat trips on the broad. The tearoom serves a good range of cakes, ice cream and snacks and there is covered outside seating that can be used by dog owners.
Dogs on leads welcome. Entrance fee of 25p per dog. A biodegradable poo bag is given for each dog. Dogs are welcome on the boat trips at a cost of 50p for the 20 minute trip and £1 for the 50 minute trip. Only 2 dogs per boat trip are permitted.
